What Matters Most

I love this work. I wonder if it is intended as an idea for an actual physical in-universe occurrence or if this symbolizes a theme of emotional or spiritual nature. It could mean both. Maybe Videl grew out her hair after the Buu Saga and this event occurred. Of course, this could represent their growing internal desire and love for one another. The series did suggest that their feelings for each other blossomed throughout their encounters and misadventures.
